JOMA Shipping Policy

1. Local Delivery (Hong Kong and Macau)

Courier: SF Express
Shipping fee: A flat rate of HK$40 per order, excluding any applicable taxes and duties.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days.
• The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
• Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
• During promotions or periods of high order volume, dispatch and delivery may take a few additional days.
• If dispatch is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email or telephone.

2. International Delivery (Outside Hong Kong and Macau)

Courier: SF International Express

We currently deliver to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping arrangements and customs clearance.

Shipping fees exclude taxes and duties. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

4. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your SF Express tracking number. You can track your parcel through the official SF Express website.
