Returns
If you would like to return a product, please email us at order@jomasports-hk.com and include the invoice number in the subject line and also attach the invoice in the email.
You will need to give valid reasons why you want to return the item back to us, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.
Return Policy
1. Orders are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to Return
Step 1:Contact order@jomasports-hk.com with your order number and the item you need to return or exchange, we will respond within 2 business days.
Step 2:Please prepare your package and write down your order number on a small piece of paper and put it in the package.
Step 3:Please send the returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.
Step 4:Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel and inspect the item.
Please note:
In the following cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred.
You don't want the item you bought；You choose the wrong item (wrong size or style).
Return and exchange for the first time online shopping
In addition to meeting the return and exchange conditions, please pay attention to the shipping costs: our store will bear the shipping costs from the warehouse to your address.
The related logistics and transportation costs for returned products are borne by the customer and arranged by themselves.
